Our finishing lines enable us to make the final touches, giving our customers a high quality end product.
On our finishing lines, aluminium coils are trimmed to the correct width, stretched, levelled and degreased to remove residual rolling oils. The lines incorporate both top and bottom automatic surface inspection equipment, running at speeds of up to 420m/minute.
Once the coils have passed through our finishing lines, they reach the inspection and packing area. Surface quality is given a thorough visual inspection and dimensional accuracy is checked. The flatness of the material is verified by a laser measurement system.
